When I first spoke to this model-of-a-momma, she was planning on having to wait until 6 months to do Baby girl’s session since she was no longer technically a newborn. After speaking, we both decided that looking back, photos with two month baby girl would be perfect and we went ahead. I’m so glad because I love these images- the way a two month old is squishy and still new and sleepy. And that hair! Oh, I could have snuggled this beauty all day!

paisley studiosI have known this family pretty much since we moved to Baldwin County. They are full of life and love. They are fun to be around. And they make beautiful children. I have loved photographing them for years now, and I couldn’t have loved baby Tucker more!! I put in a few from momma’s maternity session as well! Gorgeous momma, especially when pregnant. 
This family couldn’t be more precious. The boys love their momma and their newborn sister so much! I know they’ll be amazing helpers! It was a joy to see everyone loving on baby girl! What a wonderful thing to add another sweet love to their already scrumptious family! 
Isn’t it amazing how quickly a year can fly by? Especially the first year with a precious little one that you want to keep as tiny as possible for as long as possible! Grayson is quite and sweet and curious. I love that mom and dad played and laughed and loved on him in a way that we can see what day to day life may look like for them. The moments and connections in these photographs will help them remember how Grayson was at this age. Priceless. 
Elle turned one this month! We did a studio session in my Daphne home studio and an outdoor session in my favorite field in Daphne. We had perfect weather for the dreamy window light and a gorgeous sunset for the outdoor portion of their session. I loved that Momma wanted to be in them to celebrate their first year together. And the cake smash was too sweet. Such a fun first birthday session! 
I love the emotion I feel when I see this image of Christen and Elle together. So much love- everything Motherhood is about!

We take Christmas in July seriously over here…my friend Michelle hosted our 2nd Christmas In July #Mahjong get together, brought out a Christmas tree complete with her very own #needlepointornaments 🎄and Christmas brunch for dinner. We made Christmas tree shaped banana bread, but truth be told, we make it like that year round.

All the baby teeth are gone, and somehow she’s looking more grown up than ever. It’s amazing how the little milestones sneak up on you until one day you realize they’re not so little anymore.
If there’s one thing motherhood has taught me, it’s this: document every age. Every season. Every smile. Every missing tooth, every awkward phase, every milestone. One day you’ll look back and realize those ordinary moments were the ones that mattered most.
The days can feel long, but the years truly are so short. ❤️
